50/50 Rules and FAQ
Tickets are $5 each.
Raffle Ticket Sales End – September 21st at 3:45 pm ET (near the end of the game)
Ticket Drawing – September 21st at 4:15 pm ET
Prizes MUST be claimed within 30 days after the day the winning ticket is pulled. Unclaimed prizes will be donated back to Commonwealth Causes.

WHAT IS A 50/50 RAFFLE?
The Football Gameday 50/50 NIL Raffle is a raffle, with 50% of the pot going to the winner and a portion of the remaining 50% benefiting Commonwealth Causes, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Commonwealth Causes gaming license #ORG0002761.
DO I HAVE TO BE AT KROGER FIELD TO PLAY OR WIN?
Good news!! You do not need to present to play or win! Play from home, on the road, or from your seat at Kroger Field!
HOW WILL I KNOW WHO WON?
The winning ticket will be announced in numerous places:
- Livestreamed ticket drawing at commonwealthcauses.org/watch
- On our Winners page at commonwealthcauses.org/winners
- Commonwealth Causes YouTube page – https://www.youtube.com/@kycauses
- Winning ticket will be posted on the Commonwealth Causes social media channels @kycauses on Instagram, Facebook and X.
WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY RULES?
All participants must be at least 18 years of age or older to play.
All participants must hold a valid US Social Security card to claim a prize.
All prizes over $599 will be paid by check, and the recipient will be issued a W-2G.
For prizes over $4,999, Commonwealth Causes will withhold 24% in Federal taxes and 5% in Kentucky taxes per Federal and State requirements.
Prize winners who fail to comply with eligibility rules will forfeit the prize.
